The PQR Group is an active participant the world-wide TRIZ and Six Sigma communities. We have colleagues in all parts of the world, with a variety of specialty knowledge, who join us when clients need global innovation or specific local project assistance, training, or consulting.
Product Development US-Spain-Israel-Singapore: Ellen Domb, Joe Miller, and Ralph Czerepinski have worked with a major consumer electronics company, providing product consulting, product development management consulting and TRIZ training for problem solving, intellectual property development, and strategic product planning.
Train-the-Trainer PQR Group has teamed with local providers in Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, Brazil, India, and throughout North America and Europe to train corporate trainers and independent consultants. A series of advanced classes, coupled with supervised project work and training in methods of evaluating and improving projects for others turns TRIZ enthusiasts into consultants and trainers who can guide others.
TRIZ with Lateral Thinking PQR Group has teamed with experts in the deBono Lateral Thinking® methods to create a program that combines instruction in both methods with a structured system for selecting the right tools and techniques to use for the specific situation.
TRIZ and Six Sigma PQR Group training has been incorporated into DFSS, DMAIC, and Lean training by two of the leading providers of Six Sigma training and consulting. We have trained master black belts, so that a complete, integrated solution is available for companies that want to be sure they get TRIZ creativity in their Six Sigma system.

TRIZ for Software India-US-Europe: PQR Group member Darrell Mann has pioneered in the application of TRIZ to software development, and has worked with Ellen Domb and other members to apply TRIZ in the project definition, development, and deployment phases. The benefits of TRIZ in hardware projects are replicated in software--solving contradictions without compromise, achieving ideal solutions, and developing intellectual property concepts that are immune to competitive attack.
